Account Manager | Events Industry (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, driving account growth and identifying new business opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer experience.
• Partner with internal teams to create event strategies, proposals, and comprehensive execution plans.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Evaluate project outcomes, collect client feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance future engagements and client retention.
