Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internally with teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage day‑to‑day client communication and follow‑ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Prepare content strategies, reports, proposals, and status updates as required
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
• Manage social media marketing strategies, content production, shoots, campaign timelines, and project execution for assigned accounts

Requirements

• Proficient speaker in both English and Arabic
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing agency in the UAE
