About The Role
As part of its Strategic Plan, Spendesk decided to address customer growth through two different teams within the Sales Department: Business Development – responsible for acquiring new customers; and Account Management – responsible for growing and developing existing customers. As an Account Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Account Management, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing customers. You’ll manage a large portfolio to drive expansion through upsell, cross‑sell, and contract negotiation.

- Own a dedicated portfolio of customers and develop it through proactive territory plans.
