Job Summary
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services through coordination with internal teams. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing service delivery, monitoring performance against service level agreements, resolving client issues, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and quality output.
