Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale account management for new and existing growth accounts
- Deliver turnkey client experiences from kickoff to wrap
- Build media strategies that support client objectives and campaign goals
- Manage all post-sale campaign elements including production, launch, and reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery to ensure revenue goals are met
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upsell
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Client Partnerships, Ad Operations, and Brand Journalism
Requirements
- 1-2 years of client-facing digital campaign management experience
- Experience in planning and execution of digital campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
