What we need you to tackle

3–6 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or other client-facing roles, preferably within B2B SaaS, MarTech, Digital Marketing, or SEO. Experience managing multiple client accounts and engaging with senior or enterprise stakeholders. Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly learn technical products and collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams. Familiarity with SEO/GEO, LLMs, or AI Search is a strong plus. Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
