About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of complex and high-value customers. You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities for growth, negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored customer solutions.
What You'll Do:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive long-term retention and growth.
Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the TGE service offering.
Negotiating contracts, annual rate reviews and commercial agreements.
Developing customer account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborating with Commercial Solutions, Operations and other internal teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
Managing sales forecasts, pipeline activity and customer insights through CRM systems.
