JOB SUMMARY Sell and manage HVAC System service contracts and retrofit projects for end-user and property management customers.  DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Marketing/sales Customer development and retention Estimating and budgeting Written proposals Planning and scheduling Cost control Ensuring quality and performance Timely invoices of all work completed to date and conscientious follow-up on collection of money due to ensure positive cash flow Supervision of field crews Safety awareness, training, promotion Warranty administration BASIC QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years of experience in HVAC or services-related sales At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook High school diploma or GED PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS HVAC Service experience Bachelor’s Degree HVAC sales and presentation experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS Detailed oriented Ability to multi-task Strong desire to provide excellent customer service High se...
