Account Manager

Responsibilities

Managing new clients when finalized for delivery during the upcoming month (Primary)

Onboarding a client when the sale is made. Welcome call + Welcome email + Account creation + Logging the sale in data sheets that we manage.

Discussing project requirements with customer via call or sometimes email and forwarding it to developers in a set Word format.

Liaising with clients in case of any questions/clarifications from Dev team

Delivery of demo and compiling the changes from client

Communicate the changes and client’s feedback with Dev team

Settle the account with the customer and get the payments started

Ensuring all monthly performance KPIs are met

Management of Old (previously delivered) Projects (Primary)

Call and email clients for Account Manager introduction for their future requirements

Receive the changes sent by client and evaluate
