Position: Account Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Drive sales efforts to exceed customer expectations collaborating seamlessly with R&D Marketing and other cross functional teams.
• Customer Centric Approach: Continuously assess and anticipate customer needs ensuring we deliver unparalleled value.
• Work closely with R&D and Marketing Teams to achieve shared goals.
• Identify new category opportunities through a close connection with marketing and supply chain teams.
• Keep abreast of internal & external landscape to ensure understanding of future capabilities/technologies that could provide new opportunity.
• Coordinate & manage customer set up changes in price files products credit & debit notes.
• Work closely with Commercialisation team on Salesforce Opportunity Management
