Position: Account Manager Based: Dubai UAE Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales efforts to exceed customer expectations collaborating seamlessly with R&D Marketing and other cross functional teams.
- Customer Centric Approach: Continuously assess and anticipate customer needs ensuring we deliver unparalleled value.
- Work closely with R&D and Marketing Teams to achieve shared goals.
- Identify new category opportunities through a close connection with marketing and supply chain teams.
- Keep abreast of internal & external landscape to ensure understanding of future capabilities/technologies that could provide new opportunity.
- Coordinate & manage customer set up changes in price files products credit & debit notes.
- Work closely with Commercialisation team on Salesforce Opportunity Management
- Drive internal and external process improvements to minimize SLOB and where externally driven claim back. ...
