Account Lead

At Daymon, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are currently looking for an Account Lead to oversee our operational team in Manila, the Philippines. The incumbent is responsible for the overall management of Daymon Private Brand (PB) team inside of our client. This role requires deep expertise in best-in-class private brands, retail, brand development, product management and cross-functional program leadership. The ideal candidate must combine strategic thinking, project leadership, commercial acumen, and strong capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain and external suppliers.

This position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all strategic and operational components of the Private Brand program: covering PB Strategy, Brand Development, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Category Management, Governance and Culture.
