Key Responsibilities
- Planning and visiting doctors as per target visits per tier.
- Establishing long‑term relationships with dermatologists and designated medical professionals to ensure brand loyalty and business growth.
- Engage & increase loyalty of KOLs to Galderma.
- Build & maintain company image as the leader in dermatology in the respective working areas and territories. Ensure item availability in all target accounts, especially key accounts.
- Follow up activation of trade marketing activities and improve in‑store visibility.
- Monitor Galderma stock levels to guarantee optimum availability and avoid stock rupture situations.
- Implement company marketing plans, which may include:
- Detailing and presenting to health‑professionals to deliver company marketing messages and support campaign success.
- Organizing meetings and AV actions for doctors/pharmacists as planned by the company.
