GroundedAI builds underground intelligence software for the tunnelling and mining industries. Our products, Lithos and Strata, are used by engineering consulting firms on active hard rock TBM and drill-and-blast projects across North America. We are a small, fast‑growing company working with anchor clients on high‑profile infrastructure projects in North America.
The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive who knows the underground construction or mining industry and can sell into it. This is a full‑cycle role: you will qualify and close new accounts while working closely with the CEO and Head of Growth to refine our commercial approach. You will be selling to engineering consulting firms, contractors, and mine operators who manage underground projects.
You are not walking into a polished enterprise sales motion. You will help build it. The right person is energized by this opportunity.
