**Position Description:**

Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the department.

**Major/Essential Functions:**

+ Generate revenue through the sale of new full-season, partial-season, group, and single-game tickets to all Texas Tech Athletics ticketed sports.
+ Develop new business through outbound calls, emails, meetings, and community event appearances to past buyers and prospects.
+ Renew and service existing season ticket holders.
+ Meet and exceed daily call requirements set forth by the Athletic Department.
