As our Part‑Time Accounts Executive (Maternity Cover), you’ll be the steady hand that keeps our financial operations running smoothly during a key team member’s leave. Your work will ensure that our accounts remain accurate, our reports are delivered on time, and our stakeholders have the clarity they need to make confident decisions. You’ll be stepping into a role where your attention to detail and reliability will make a real difference every single day.
Qualifications & experience- Diploma in Accounting / Business Studies or equivalent At least 3 years accounting experience preferred Added advantage for knowledge with using Autocount system
- Manage full set of accounts, financial statements, monthly reports, service delivery orders & payment Ensure timely billing & compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating invoices, debit & credit notes Prepare cashflow forecast & audit schedules Team player
