- Maintain full set of accounts
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing
- Prepare financial reports and management accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Coordinate with auditors during audits
- Handle payroll processing (if assigned)
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
