Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Purpose: To drive cloud revenue growth and customer success by building and executing customer‑centric strategies that align with business goals and position SAP's cloud solutions to meet customer challenges.

Sales

Responsible for selling SAP's products and solutions and certain partner solutions. Build and maintain relationships with SAP's customers, prospective customers, and partners while maintaining customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities and generate demand where SAP's capabilities as an integrated solution addresses a customer's business need. Support solutions adoption and value realization. Ensure continuity and expansion of the customer's ongoing business with SAP. Focus on named existing and/or prospective accounts. Maintain customer relationships and influence customers' requirements specification.
