Responsibilities
● Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end — from onboarding through outcome delivery
● Define client goals and set measurable targets (e.g., 10x intake, 95% efficiency gain)
● Design and recommend automation workflows and UI solutions for clients
● Coordinate with developers, VOMs, and operations to ensure on-time deployment
