**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in outbound sales.
+ 2 years of experience in affiliate or publisher marketing.
+ Ability to communicate in English and either Dutch or one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) to manage client relationships in this area.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
