Key Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years’ cross-class commercial insurance experience
- Proven ability to generate and convert new business leads
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills
- Strong market and insurer knowledge
- Resilient, driven, and comfortable working to targets
- Industry qualifications (desirable but not essential)
