Jem is hiring an Account Executive to drive new revenue by sourcing, closing, and growing employer customers.

Jem runs an always-on hiring approach for this role. We are not actively hiring an AE right now, but we keep this opportunity live to connect with exceptional future talent. Jem is a fast-growing HR tech scale-up building payroll, HR, and benefits tools for frontline teams. We currently support just under 200,000 frontline employees across South Africa.

This is a core revenue role at Jem. We are looking for a strong closer who can own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, from first contact to signed customer, while building long‑term commercial relationships in the market.
