Account Director - Media (Gaming & Entertainment)
Location: London, Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 home)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
We’re supporting a full‑service media agency that partners with some of the most exciting names in entertainment, from gaming, live events and film. They’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead campaign delivery, strategy and client relationships across a portfolio of entertainment brands.
What You’ll Do
- Lead key client accounts , walking them through strategic plans, pitching ideas, or reviewing campaign performance with clarity and confidence.
- Oversee campaign strategy and delivery , ensuring media plans are insight‑led, well scoped and aligned with client business goals.
- Guide and mentor your team , holding regular one‑to‑ones, supporting their development goals, and setting a strong example through your leadership.
