Overview of Role:
Prestige Recruitment Specialists provide their services directly to the client by operating through an on-site facility to supply their temporary labour requirements. The role involves working closely with all client personnel, managing the daily staffing requirements. You will liaise with all temporary staff relating to confirmation of weekly shifts, payment of wages, holiday requests and managing absence levels whilst working in accordance with the Agency Workers Regulations and Working Time Directive. There are daily/weekly/monthly reports to compile whilst consistently and conscientiously delivering against set KPIs.
