Position Summary Responsible for assisting high net worth account managers of the Personal Lines Department in providing excellent customer service to clients.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for checking policies for accuracy and rates, invoicing and assisting account managers.  Learn how to make sure all correspondence is properly entered into the EPIC system.
