- Sales forecast, Organize health event & health speech seminar
- Monthly account closing, cash flows, management reporting
- Verifying payment voucher, submission of giro payment
- Monthly payroll preparation, CPF submission, IR8A submission, application employment pass, letter of consent of dependant pass, tax clearance for employee, memo HR
- Quarterly GST submission, annual management report submission to corporate secretary.
- Review GP margin and sales performance
- Administration work overview overall retail staff performance, stock count, recruitment
