Academic IT Support Specialist – Labs & AV Systems

National University of Sciences and Technology IT Services seeks an IT Support professional with 5+ years of experience to join our campus infrastructure team.

You will handle helpdesk issues for 500+ users, deploy and maintain desktops and software, and manage user access via Active Directory while ensuring CCTV, AV systems, and labs stay reliable.

Essential qualifications include a DAE in IT, strong customer service, teamwork, and cybersecurity awareness across Windows/Linux and LMS platforms.
