Academic Head (Enterprise Practice and Accounting)

At Kaplan Business School, we’re recruiting for an Academic Head for our Enterprise Practice & Accounting discipline which, beyond accounting-related courses, also includes subjects on finance, law, governance, foundation studies and work-integrated learning.

Reporting to the discipline’s Academic Director, you’ll be working alongside two fellow Academic Heads whose Accounting-specific expertise would be complemented by your established credentials in work-integrated learning and credit-bearing internships in a business context.

This role is primarily operational and administrative, with national responsibility for recruiting industry-active faculty, scheduling classes, mentoring subject coordinators, reviewing curriculum, maintaining scholarship compliance and monitoring student success metrics to inform timely interventions.
