AC Tecnician

The AC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems throughout the hotel. This role ensures that all guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house facilities maintain optimal temperature and air quality while adhering to safety, operational, and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), split units, package units, chillers, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests related to air conditioning and ventilation.
