AC Technician

The AC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems throughout the hotel. This role ensures that all guest rooms, public areas, kitchens and back‑of‑house facilities maintain optimal temperature and air quality while adhering to safety, operational and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), split units, package units, chillers and ventilation systems.
• Inspect, diagnose and repair air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests related to air conditioning and ventilation.
• Monitor and maintain chilled water systems, pumps, thermostats and control systems.
