Rectification of AC indoor and outer units - La Riviera Estate
The Contractor shall carry out complete rectification works for the existing Pump Room AC units, including supply, replacement, repair, testing, and commissioning.
Scope includes:
- Replace defective fan motor and fan blower assembly.
- Provide and install new fan motor as per existing specification:
- Model: YDK36-4ZG
- 220–240V, 36W, 0.32A
- Manufacturer: HIGHLY
- Model: ATH356MV-C9LU
- Carry out nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and functional testing.
- Repair refrigerant leakage from cooling coil.
- Perform nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and complete performance testing.
