About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and values-led Aboriginal Intensive Support Practitioner to provide culturally safe, intensive case management to Aboriginal young people involved in the youth justice system.
This is a dynamic, people-centred role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside young people at different stages of their justice journey — including on bail, exiting custody, or subject to Youth Justice Orders — supporting diversion, rehabilitation and reintegration into community.
