The Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Pathway is an identified position for students who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and forms part of the Russell Kennedy Seasonal Clerkship Program. It is a dedicated pathway designed to increase access and create greater opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to participate in the Seasonal Clerkship Program.

The program provides successful applicants with the opportunity to showcase their skills and gain valuable experience in a legal environment. To be eligible for the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander pathway, you must identify as a member of one or more of the First Nations of Australia.
