AB03 - Social Worker

Position: Social Worker

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500

Location: Buangkok

Working hours: Monday - Friday (44 hours per week). 8:00am - 5:00pm / 8:30am - 5:30pm / 9:00am - 6:00pm. Once a month: 8:00am - 8:00pm shift.

• Develop individualized care plans for residents
• Execute the care plan and monitor progress
• Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents' care needs
• Prepare sixth monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents

• Degree in Social Work
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
