AA Compliance Lead - MEA

As part of the AbbVie leadership team of AA MEA, you will develop and/or implement the compliance and governance program across the region, adapt and implement corporate policies and procedures, develop affiliate SOPs where needed, and provide relevant training for employees and third parties on compliance topics.

• Provide compliance guidance, advice, and support to Affiliate and Regional Leadership Teams and General Manager.
• Monitor compliance due diligence reviews of third parties and vet transactions.
• Engage in risk assessment exercises and business projects to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Identify monitoring needs and perform monitoring activities to minimize compliance risks.
• Conduct reviews and investigations on specific compliance issues.
• Implement the corporate ethics program across MEA affiliates, adapting where necessary and providing ethics training and support.
