Advisor, Sales Operations – Permanent position at Export Development Canada (EDC).

Compensation: $84,698 to $112,931 annually, plus performance‑based incentive.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality operational support to frontline teams, ensuring timely completion of sales activities and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and prioritize work across shared intake channels, supporting national work‑sharing objectives.
• Execute transaction‑related processes, including onboarding, due diligence, and CRM data updates.
• Champion data governance best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of sales data across the organization.
