6786 - Planning Officer

The company establish over 30 years in manufacturing industry in Malaysia. We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Planning Officer to support production planning and coordination activities within the manufacturing environment.

Job Scope:

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Update production progress, inventory status, and shipment schedules.
  
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory data using Excel and internal systems.
  
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.
  
• Follow up on customer forecasts, orders, and delivery requirements when necessary.
  
• Monitor inventory levels to help prevent shortages and excess stock.
  
• Prepare planning reports, shipment updates, and management reports.
