6723 - Warehouse Operations Manager [Joo Koon - up to $4300 - SOP Setup]

Warehouse Operations Manager. Mon to Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, Sat 8:30am–12:30pm (Alternate Saturday work).

Salary: $4000 to $4300 per month. Location: Joo Koon.

• Set up and analyze daily operational workflows and processes to optimize deficiency and productivity by removing bottlenecks.
• Set up, implement, maintain and control SOP processes for inbound, picking, delivery, returns, and inventory cycle counting.
• Hold frequent meetings with the warehouse team to bridge communications between top management and on-the-ground staff.
• Train and supervise teams on SOPs and monitoring lapses, implementing corrective actions to foster accountability.
• Implement KPIs for pickers based on data such as picking time and number of orders fulfilled.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (indoor sales, warehouse picking, delivery).
• Allocate staff across various roles based on strengths.
