ProStaffSelect are in search of a passionate, creative and highly skilled SENIOR CDP with experience in Hot Section, Sauces, Garnish & Veg to take on duties with this amazing brigade. This is a fast-paced, HIGH PRESSURE KITCHEN and we are looking for CDP’s who are exceptionally strong with ALL MEATS on HOT SECTION. CDP's control their own section and send forward to the pass for final plating, finishing and pick up. We are looking for candidates who can rotate between various brigade sections. All menus comprise MULTIPLE COMPONENTS plated with a modern / contemporary style and all items are prepared from scratch. Menus change FREQUENTLY according to availability of fresh ingredients. Requirements Recognised 1 or 2 years FULL-TIME Cheffing Qualification. Minimum 3 yearS experience within an award winning fine dining team.
