Sales Admin cum Purchaser
Salary: $3,000 - $4,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
Location: Boon Lay
Job Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer requests
- Coordinate with customers, sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Monitor order status and maintain accurate customer records
- Source and liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and product requirements
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Follow up on supplier orders and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Compare supplier quotations and support cost-effective purchasing
