Scope of the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Static Ad Creator who can design high-converting static ads while also writing compelling direct-response copy that drives results across Meta and TikTok. This role blends visual design and copywriting, requiring a solid grasp of how creative and messaging work together to convert. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience producing performance static ads for fast-growing D2C brands, understands psychological and algorithmic ad dynamics, and is comfortable experimenting with bold creative approaches within compliance boundaries.
