3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst

The role: 2nd Line Infrastructure Analyst – Someone who has 4/5 years all-round infrastructure experience who is used to work in a pressured environment and who understands a wide range of technology.

• Being the IT Expert for networking, virtual server infrastructure, storage and server operating systems.
• Creates and manages change processes and works within defined SLAs
• Assists with the implementation, maintenance & support of IT infrastructure business applications and systems projects/programmes. Ensuring solutions are maintained to their highest service/maintenance release, where applicable.
