Business Development
- Identify prospects and convert new B2B clients across target verticals: retail, manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce.
- Solution selling: understand client supply chain challenges and craft tailored 3PL proposals covering freight, warehousing, and value‑added services.
- Nurture and grow an existing portfolio of clients.
- Manage renewals, upsells, and service performance reviews.
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline in CRM.
- Forecast revenue and report to management weekly.
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to produce competitive RFQ responses.
- Lead commercial negotiations to close sales.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and trade lane developments to refine the sales approach.
