**Job Description**

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team for a large-scale project involving structural steel. This position requires proficiency in MIG welding and involves working with structural steel of up to 2 inches thick. Second Shift opportunity working 4 10 hour shifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on structural steel components.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate welding.
+ Collaborate effectively within a team of up to three people.
+ Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
+ Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work environment.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG welding.
+ Experience with structural steel, ideally with thicknesses up to 2 inches.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Strong teamwork capabilities.
