2nd shift Warehouse Trainer (Bilingual Preferred)

**Position Overview** As a warehouse Trainer, you will be responsible for implementing a Training Experience that drives employee engagement and retention for new hire Selectors, and other non-exempt warehouse employees. You will work to build and sustain trusted relationships with business partners and Trainees, ensuring their success in achieving weekly performance goals and proficiency in all job duties. You will also be responsible for the retraining and recertification of associates as needed. In this role, you will operate as an extension of the operations leadership team and demonstrate a genuine commitment to the success of the learner. You will be responsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of all new hire Selectors. This role requires the ability to drive results and maintain a safety focus, through excellent communication and coaching abilities while demonstrating the C&S Values.
