2nd Shift Machinist

Technique is looking for a Machinist to join our team at our Jackson, Michigan facility.

This position reports to the Tooling Manager in the Machining department.

The Machinist will produce precision machined parts by operating, setting up, and programming HAAS CNC mills & lathes, Flow Waterjet, and Mitsubishi Wire EDM using Mastercam, FlowPath, FlowCut & FlowXpert for the prototype industry.

This role requires safe work practices, flexibility in work schedule, and a willingness to work overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate brings two or more years of related machining experience, with hands-on HAAS CNC mill & lathe experience and Mastercam 2D & 3D programming skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are essential, along with technical expertise and computer proficiency.
