About the role
Join our team as a full‑time 2IC Support Staff member based in Kaiapoi, where you’ll play a vital role supporting people with a learning disability in a warm, home‑like environment.
You’ll assist the Manager in the daily operations of our homes, stepping into a leadership role when needed, providing guidance and support to both residents and colleagues, you’ll create a nurturing environment by leading through example. Upholding respect, dignity, and advocacy for residents' rights, you’ll maintain a positive atmosphere within the home.
Additionally, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to build trusted relationships and provide compassionate, person‑centred support tailored to each individual's needs.
This position will be working across our 3 four‑bedroom homes with a mix of male and female residents....
