Clinical Director, Client and Participant Services

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Clinical Director of Client and Participant Services (Director, CPS) oversees service delivery and ensures that service quality, models of care, and service capacity meet the needs of GH-CCMH’s current and future clients and participants. Working with a team of Senior Clinical Managers and Clinical Practice Leads, the Director, CPS will ensure safe, effective, and equitable service delivery while advancing quality, evidence‑informed practice, and continuous improvement across services.

As a member of a high functioning, collaborative leadership group, the Director CPS advances GH-CCMH’s mission to achieve outstanding outcomes in child and youth mental health through collaboration, innovation and partnership.
