**Requirements**:
- Engineering graduation;
- Experience in Product Development;
- Fluency in English;
- Curiosity and communication skills;
- Collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
**Activities**:
- Verify and validate products in time, with quality and optimized costs;
- Be responsible for different Reliability Tests from planning to execution;
- Lead tests from a customer perspective and provide proactive feedback to Engineering about how the customer feels about the product that is yet to be launched;
- Coordinate the test preparation, secure the test execution according to the appropriate test code, report failures in the system and proactively communicate with the stakeholders about the test progress.
