Job Title: Regular Part-Time Support Worker

Location: Web 1

Wage Rate: $23.08 - $24.46 per hour (includes negotiated rate and permanent compensation enhancement)

# Positions: Four (4)

Schedule: Varied Schedule – guaranteed between 48 and 70 hours per pay period. Employees receive their schedule at least six weeks in advance.

Pathways to Independence requires four Regular Part-Time Support Workers who will serve as members of the residential support team to enhance social, leisure, and daily living activities for adults.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with dual diagnosis, mental health, behavioral challenges, and those involved in forensic services in accordance with the person’s life plan.
